An award-winning healthcare and medical writer, Michelle is fascinated by the changing world of healthcare and is passionate about creating content that empowers people to make good decisions about their health.
Prior to specializing in health content, Michelle worked in financial services marketing, both at JP Morgan Chase and on the agency side. Ten years ago, she changed focus, using her editorial, marketing, and managerial skills to launch a healthcare content agency. She has never looked back.
Michelle works closely with clients to help them achieve their communication goals – writing about their expertise, strengths, and services in easy-to-understand and accessible language. She is meticulous about client service (deadlines are serious business) and works non-stop to ensure content projects run smoothly. With over 25 years of project management experience, Michelle prides herself in accomplishing just about anything with a team of great people and a spreadsheet.
When not tied to her laptop, Michelle likes to spend as much time as possible outdoors – paddle boarding, riding her horse, and hiking. She also loves to travel anywhere and any chance she gets.
